Description

Eskbank House is the heart of.history, art and culture in Lithgow.

The earliest house built in th Lithgow Valley , this sandstone home displays a superb Georgian Furnitue Collection. The out houses contain exhibits of blacksmith equipment, Lithgow Pottery and a treasure trove of other historic objects. The Courtyard Gallery is available for art and museum exhibitions while the Lithgow Pottery Museum has exhibitions based on clay based objects.

Eskbank House and its graceful gardens are available for hire for weddings, workshops, exhibitions,and functions. The museum is open for guided tours for individuals, groups and schools. It is a favourite destination for historic car groups.  A picnic in the gardens is a lovely way to end your visit.
